We offer a straight referral fee to be established at the time of our engagement, and to be paid upon resolution of the case in a manner consistent with the Rules of Professional Responsibility. In some cases, we accept the engagement as counsel of record for the client. In others, we enter the case at an advanced stage of discovery or even shortly before trial as co-counsel, especially when it appears that the plaintiff needs additional resources to maintain the litigation effectively.
