An elderly Missouri woman discusses her experience with navigating the challenges of a serious car accident, including her more than 5 months in the hospital and more than $800,000 in medical bills. Despite her serious injuries – she refers to herself as the “Iron Lady” because of her many metal implants – the insurance companies involved in the case have been reluctant to provide fair compensation.
